Cabin Life

Our historic log house is the perfect romantic hideaway. It is rustic, authentic, and incredibly cozy.

  • The Fire: Spend the evenings talking by the crackling wood stove. We provide plenty of firewood to keep you warm.
  • The Rituals: There is something deeply bonding about the simple life. Fetch water from the river together, cook a meal slowly, and let the silence settle.
  • The Aurora: In winter, you don't need to chase the lights. Step out onto your porch, hold hands, and watch the sky dance above your private sanctuary.

A Taste of Your Stay

Timeline:
  • Day 1: Arrival. Check in to your secluded cabin. Find a welcome basket with local treats waiting. Light the fire and settle in.
  • Day 2: Adventure. Strap on the snowshoes (included) and explore the white forest together. Find a spot for a bonfire lunch. Return to the cabin for a quiet evening.
  • Day 3: Connection. Sleep in. No alarm clocks. Spend the day reading, playing cards, or just watching the changing light over the valley.

  • Accommodation: 3 Nights in the Log House (Exclusive use).
  • Welcome Kit: Sparkling wine (or non-alcoholic alternative) and local chocolates/snacks upon arrival.
  • Comfort: Bedding and towels made up and ready.
  • Gear: Free use of snowshoes and kick-sleds for exploring together.
  • Late Check-out: Sleep in on your departure day (if available).

Rustic Charm

Please note that this is an authentic off-grid experience. There is no running water inside (we fetch it from the river) and the toilet is an outhouse. This simplicity is part of the charm that allows you to disconnect from the world and focus entirely on each other.
